Human Resources Consultant

Job Title: HR Consultant Duration: 12 Months (Possible conversion) Shift: M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm Pay Rate: $35.00/Hour on W2 Location: Fairfield, OH 45011 Position Overview: The HR Consultant partners with the local management team to lead and support key HR processes, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Wellness, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Relations. The HR Consultant will support manufacturing operations across West Chester and Fairfield, Ohio. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Drive the implementation of multiple HR initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal resources to achieve program and project milestones within established timelines. Drive adoption of new initiatives and challenge existing standards and processes to improve organizational effectiveness. Lead and coordinate project participants to ensure successful execution and delivery. Talent Builder: Champion the company's talent management philosophy and strategy. Build an agile, diverse, and high-performing workforce capable of supporting current and future business growth. Develop talent capabilities with a future-focused approach. Strengthen succession planning and build a sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles. Business Advisor: Coach and advise the leadership team on HR-related matters, providing proactive guidance and support. Anticipate and adapt workforce and manpower planning based on evolving business needs. Support organizational design initiatives to ensure the organization can effectively respond to changing business requirements. Contribute to organizational development initiatives related to skills, resources, capabilities, and processes, ensuring alignment with business and company strategies.
