Associate Photographer – Fort Collins, CO Job Description Overview CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. Responsibilities Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans. Create a portfolio of photographs that best showcase homes and apartments. Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands. Communicate professionally with clients, sales associates, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks. When not on a residential assignment, navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real‑estate data coverage, identify new inventory, missing availability, and properties to be photographed. Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicles and equipment. Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times. Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed. Physical Requirements Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Perform repetitive hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and type on a tablet or laptop. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying as required. Work outside during all seasons and on a rotating weekend schedule. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional photography experience. Real‑estate photography experience required; recent degree in photography acceptable. High School Diploma or GED. Strong customer‑service orientation. Drone photography experience with an FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer. Strong time‑management and detail‑oriented skills. Ability to accurately capture and enter data. Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, internet applications, and Apple iOS products. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Field experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage of $49,000–$50,000 per year, plus performance‑based monthly bonuses.
