Pay: $18–$26 per hour, based on irrigation experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with optional Saturdays

Position Summary
We are currently hiring a full-time Irrigation Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will complete daily service calls with professionalism, precision, and a commitment to surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates clearly, and has a strong desire to develop their skills within the irrigation field.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform irrigation service calls and repairs accurately and efficiently
- Log in and out of each job using company software systems
- Record thorough job notes, including services completed and recommended follow-up work
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Adhere to company procedures and standards to maintain consistent service quality
- Properly maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Follow all safety guidelines and best practices at every job site
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to complete company-supported backflow certification training
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing irrigation systems efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience servicing or installing irrigation systems
- Knowledge of smart irrigation controllers and troubleshooting methods
- Backflow certification (or willingness to obtain)
