Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active while recovering from injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred.
• Experience providing care for adults with post-acute, rehabilitation, or complex medical needs preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
