Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact as a Physical Therapist supporting students during a maternity leave assignment from August 4th, 2026, through December 18th, 2026. Located near Ponte Vedra, FL, this full-time contract role offers you the chance to work with a manageable caseload of 37 students in a supportive school environment. You’ll play a key role in fostering students' progress, helping them reach their physical development goals during an exciting academic term.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid PT licensure in the state of Florida
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to a new environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of 37 students
• Develop and implement individualized PT plans in conjunction with IEP teams
• Assess students’ motor abilities and track progress throughout the assignment
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights as needed
