Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist license for Florida
• Previous experience delivering OT services within school settings
• Strong understanding of pediatric occupational therapy and IEP processes
• Comfort working with both elementary and middle school-aged children
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques for diverse needs
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct OT services tailored to individual students
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
• Collaborate with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate outcomes effectively
• Offer creative solutions to help students overcome barriers to learning and independence
