Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Florida
• Prior school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services to students from kindergarten through middle school age
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress regularly
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to help students access the curriculum and develop essential life skills
• Manage a full caseload across two school sites, ensuring continuity of care during the leave period
