GT is consistently among the top firms on the *Am Law* Global 100; the Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.**Job Requirements**The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, joint ventures and development. Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts is essential. The candidate will be given significant responsibility and be expected to run transactions with little or no oversight. Investment fund experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will have a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
