Shift: Full Time, Second or Third Shift Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement Salary: $81,360 - $101,700 plus annual target bonus If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysisA responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out programThis role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standardsAdditionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshootingOther projects or duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experiencePreferred Education and Experience: Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor's DegreeBenefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
