Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Responsibilities Managing and executing high volume recruiting across the Supply Chain Organization Managing the job posting process for niche and national job boards Candidate sourcing, phone screening, and video interview scheduling Offer packet creation and managing candidate documents and records Analyzing and reporting on key TA scorecard and metrics Supporting the growth and enhancement of internal programs and university engagement Developing local community programs and partnerships for talent pipeline Leading collaboration efforts with HR and managing cross-functional teams Creating SOP documents for efficient and unified processes Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience in project and process coordination support Skills and expertise in ATS, CRM or other HR technologies is a plus Skilled with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Excellent written, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills Superior organization and time-management skills Strong and pro-active troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Additional Language Skills: English #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
