Manufacturing Assembler

New Castle, DE | Full-Time

We're looking for a skilled Manufacturing Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to join a growing manufacturing team. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working with small components, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components
Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components
Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs)
Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality
Perform basic functional testing and document results
Identify and report quality or material issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
Hands-on soldering experience required
Through-hole and/or SMT soldering experience
Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Experience in electronics, medical device, biotech, life sciences, or another regulated manufacturing environment preferred
IPC-A-610 knowledge or certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality
