Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk Location: Simpsonville, SC Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Pay: Up to $55,000 per year Job Overview We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Simpsonville, SC. Responsibilities Process and manage accounts receivable transactions Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate payment records Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve payment discrepancies Reconcile accounts and maintain organized financial records Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications Previous Accounts Receivable experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous positions Professional, positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time Work Location: Onsite in Simpsonville, SC #J-18808-Ljbffr
