Pay: $23 – $25/hr, paid weekly Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (overtime as needed) Location: Warsaw, IN 46582 Duration: 6-Month Contract

Summary

Support chemical manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, completing quality checks, and following established operating procedures. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform repetitive production tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and manual chemical processing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Run production equipment including mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, pumps, filtration systems, and filling machines.
• Perform in-process quality control checks and identify product or process variations.
• Accurately enter production data into computer systems.
• Handle materials weighing up to 27 pounds throughout the shift.
• Perform repetitive manual assembly and production tasks requiring strong manual dexterity.
• Follow hazardous material handling procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and manufacturing regulations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 27 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Comfortable working around chemical processing equipment and manufacturing machinery.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
