Onboarding Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to support a large, fast-paced organization by ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This individual will play a critical role in managing onboarding documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance throughout the new hire process.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting high-volume onboarding efforts, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and enjoys creating a positive experience for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation sessions.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and serve as a primary point of contact for incoming hires.
• Manage onboarding paperwork and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Review offer-related documentation for compliance and completeness.
• Maintain employee records and track onboarding progress.
• Partner with recruiting, HR, and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance through start date.
• Support multiple onboarding activities simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Ensure all onboarding processes adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, talent acquisition, HR, recruiting coordination, or related administrative support.
• Experience conducting employee orientations and onboarding sessions.
• Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, employment documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Background working with recruiting, HR, or people operations teams.
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
