Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project ManagerCompany is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager to join our Las Vegas team. This is a mid-level position for a proven commercial roofing professional who understands the industry, can accurately estimate projects, and has the ability to successfully manage projects from initial bid through completion. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of varied commercial roofing experience and a strong understanding of roofing systems, manufacturers, specifications, estimating, project management, subcontractors, and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projectsReview plans, specifications, drawings, scopes of work, and bid requirementsPerform material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor takeoffsDevelop project budgets, proposals, and scopes of workCoordinate with customers, general contractors, architects, manufacturers, and vendorsManage awarded projects from contract through completionCoordinate schedules, materials, labor, subcontractors, and field crewsMonitor project costs, change orders, billing, and overall profitabilityConduct project meetings and maintain strong customer relationshipsIdentify potential project risks and develop solutions before they impact schedule or budgetEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specificationsMaintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to company leadershipQualifications:5–7+ years of commercial roofing experience preferredStrong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, manufacturers, and installation methodsProven experience estimating commercial roofing projectsExperience managing projects from award through completionAbility to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and architectural drawingsStrong understanding of labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating/project management softwareAbility to work effectively with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field personnelValid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $90,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualificationsPerformance-based bonus/incentive compensationHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and company holidays401(k) or retirement benefitsCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance may be availablePhone/laptop and other necessary business equipmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancementWhy Join Us?This is an opportunity to take on a meaningful role with an established commercial roofing company and have a direct impact on estimating accuracy, project execution, customer relationships, and profitability.
