We’re not just filling shifts we’re building careers in the security industry.Job DescriptionThe Unarmed Retail Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of customers, employees, and property. This includes patrolling the store premises, monitoring surveillance footage, and responding to any security-related incidents or emergencies. The Unarmed Security Guard will also be responsible for enforcing store policies and procedures, as well as helping to prevent theft and other criminal activity.Pay Rate: $20-$24/hrKey ResponsibilitiesPatrol the store premises to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and property.Monitor surveillance footage and respond to any security-related incidents or emergencies.Enforce store policies and procedures, including those related to theft prevention and loss prevention.Assist with the investigation of thefts and other security-related incidents.Document and report any security-related incidents or emergencies.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPrior experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills and familiarity with security systems and equipmentMust have an ACTIVE BSIS security license.MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, ON-CALL POSITIONSMUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONSAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
