Position Summary

Novra Corp is seeking a Customer Service Agent to assist customers with questions, service requests, and general inquiries. The successful candidate will help deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication, efficient problem-solving, and reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about company services and procedures.
• Assist with routine customer concerns and service requests.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on outstanding inquiries when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Follow established customer service procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.
• Dependable, organized, and professional approach to work.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
