Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarasota, FL. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Bfount’s contact center and digital service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, qualifying leads, conducting client presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager collaborates with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, monitor market trends, and develop strategies to expand the agency’s presence. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing regular sales forecasts, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity assessment, and pipeline management. Client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long‑term partnerships. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and close deals. Understanding of digital marketing and contact center services, with the ability to translate client needs into service solutions. Analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market trends, develop growth plans, and meet revenue targets. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment. Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in agency or service‑based businesses.
