• Four-day work week with 10-hour shifts, 2 days at each clinic location
• Outpatient-only role with 24/7 hospitalist coverage; call is 1:6 via telephone
• Board-certified internal medicine required; DEA required
• Robust APP and mid-level support with a dedicated MA for every physician
• National Health Service Corps site with student loan repayment opportunities
• See 18 - 22 patients per day across rural health community clinics
