Cook 3 Miami Valley Gaming is looking to hire a Cook 3 to help our F&B Team deliver the exceptional guest experience we're known for. This position starts at a competitive starting wage of $22.01/hr plus time and a half pay for select holidays and high-volume business days. You are self‑motivated, able to work independently, and also enjoy the camaraderie inherent in a tight‑knit F&B team. For now, you enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment where you are never bored and time goes by quickly. Qualifications for a Cook 3 Must meet eligibility requirements of Cook 1 and Cook 2. Ability to set up and work multiple outlets. Ability to run a cooking or production line. Must demonstrate advanced food knowledge including international cooking styles and techniques, specialty raw products, menu engineering (development), and beginner knowledge of wine and food pairing. Must coordinate production from several areas to serve multiple finished products simultaneously. Must have math skills, ability to multi‑task, proper knife skills, basic food knowledge including specifications (size, shape, color, package size, weight, growing season, origin, seasonal availability, seasonings, specialty products).
