Pre School Lead Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre School Lead Teacher to join our team at Beanstalk Academy in Brooklyn, New York. As a leader in early education, we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. Our Pre School Lead Teacher will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners, working closely with our teachers and parents to create a personalized and engaging experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of early childhood education teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality instruction and student outcomes
Develop and implement lesson plans, curriculum, and assessments that promote academic excellence and meet the diverse needs of our students
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning, creativity, and socialization
Collaborate with parents and guardians to understand individual child needs, share progress, and involve them in the educational process
Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and adjusting instruction accordingly
Ensure compliance with school policies, regulations, and standards for early childhood education

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong background in curriculum development and instructional leadership
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field (Study Plan option available)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans, with a focus on hands-on learning and creativity
