Senior Marketing Associate - Surgical Technologies (Hybrid)

Senior Marketing Associate supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for Surgical Technologies products. Role involves market analysis, customer segmentation, competitive assessment, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product positioning and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans with competitive and customer analysis
- Create targeted direct mail campaigns and database marketing strategies
- Support market research in customer segmentation and data analysis
- Track KPIs and communicate results to leadership and sales teams
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned product lines and technical inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Medical device or marketing experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with established timelines
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal abilities
Compensation: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
