Facilities Manager

Role Description Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for keeping facilities operating at their best? We’re looking for an experienced Facility Manager to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and exceptional environment for our members and employees. What You’ll Do: Oversee facility maintenance and repair operations Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Monitor equipment performance and preventative maintenance programs Support multiple locations and prioritize facility needs effectively Lead projects that improve the member experience What We’re Looking For: Previous facility management, building maintenance, or operations leadership experience Experience managing commercial facilities, health clubs, hospitality, retail, or multi‑site operations preferred Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and leadership abilities If you’re someone who takes pride in operational excellence and enjoys finding solutions that keep facilities running smoothly, we’d love to connect with you. Qualifications Proven skills in facility maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gym equipment Experience in vendor management, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance and repair work Knowledge of health and safety compliance standards, regulations, and best practices Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee inventory efficientlyFamiliarity with tools, equipment, and systems relevant to gym facility operations Experience in leadership and team management within a similar operational role High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus Flexibility to respond promptly to emergency repair needs Previous experience in fitness or hospitality industries is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr LA Fitness
