This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering projects supporting customer missions in classified and sensitive environments. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams with a servant-leader approach to drive operational excellence while developing relationships with government leadership throughout the project lifecycle.What you'll do:Project Planning & Execution:Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities across the full project lifecycleDefine and manage project scope in collaboration with Technical Lead and key stakeholders; establish clear milestones and deliverablesDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependencies, finance, and staffing with Technical LeadEnsure all dependencies are identified and represented in support of customer roadmap in support of the missionStakeholder Coordination & Communication Coordinate activities of platform resources to ensure effective execution and deliveryEstablish relationships with customer leadership; handle recurring meetings and written communicationCoordinate with key stakeholders including System Owners, Technical Points of Contact (POCs), Product Owners, ISSM, SCA, and other program partners in support of system healthField and manage new customer requirements, ensuring alignment with program objectivesFinancial & Contractual Management Support management of financial, contractual, and operational commitmentsMonitor and manage project budgets to ensure profitabilityProvide management oversight and support to project staff; establish standards; support growth for team membersIdentify opportunities for expanded scope and areas of growthPerformance Monitoring & Risk Management Monitor delivery performance and quality using established tools and defined metricsTrack and report project progress to leadership and stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks in accordance with the project planManage issue resolution to minimize schedule and operational impactsEnsure alignment with key stakeholders within the government program officeEscalate risks and issues to management for advice and supportWhat you'll need:10 years of Project Management experience7 years of experience with government, defense, or in a technical environment5 years communication experience with executive leadershipFamiliarity with cybersecurity, systems integration, cloudBonus Points if you have:Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities across a complex, dynamic environmentActive PMP or equivalent project management certificationCloud Platform certifications – preferably AWS, such as Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Agile/Scrum certificationsClearance: Must have an active TS/SCI level government clearance
