We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic and fun kitchen brigade. If you are an enthusiastic chef with a passion for learning new skills, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture. This a permanent role at 48 hours per week (including weekends), with a salary of £34,638 per annum, plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package. Key Responsibilities Owning and overseeing your workstation: We encourage your creativity and input in creating our specials and market menu Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a harmonious working environment Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff. To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality kitchen Charisma, an engaging personality and passion for hospitality Ability to keep calm and focussed during busy service Knowledge of techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards, food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial Why work with us?
