Job Description Overview Regional Resource Team Sign on Bonus Available up to $7,500 and Relocation up to $7,500! Schedule : 7pm to 7am - Night Shift - Part Time Department : CSSO Float Pool - Emergency Department (ED) Location : Charlotte Market Responsibilities Provide safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. Work in multiple units during the shift to ensure patient care needs are met within the assigned facility. Serve as reliable consultants and mentors to clinical nurses, sharing lessons across teams to advance nursing practice. Deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time. Promote teamwork, engagement, and community involvement. Commit to leveraging diversity and inclusion in support of quality care. Foster a safe patient environment driven by the principles of "First Do No Harm". Qualifications Education: 2-year/Associate Degree, required. 4-year/Bachelor's Degree - BSN, preferred. Experience: Consecutive years within defined specialty (Med Surg, Tele, Critical Care, ED, or Women's), required. Licensure/Certification: Current compact licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Specialty certification preferred. Additional Skills (required): Appropriate customer service, effective customer relations, verbal and non-verbal communication, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and computer literacy. Advanced training as required by department/unit/facility per identified skill set/subcategory. Ability to complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Knowledge of patient-specific care based on age. Successful completion of Cardiac dysrhythmia test or course within 3 months of hire. NIH Stroke Scale certification upon hire.
