Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-time and Full-time Positions Available Join our team at Valcor ABA, a leading provider of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in implementing individualized behavior plans, collecting data, and collaborating with our BCBA team to drive meaningful progress. Responsibilities: Implement Behavior Analysis Support Plans (BASP) as designed by supervising BCBAs Collect accurate session data and monitor client progress Collaborate with your BCBA and team to make meaningful program updates Develop and prepare session materials as needed Participate in supervision and team meetings Maintain ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times Meet scheduled billable hour requirements Requirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the BACB High school diploma or equivalent (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children with autism Ability to follow structured treatment plans and collect data accurately Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Reliable transportation to travel between client locations Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, or weekends as needed What We Offer: Supportive leadership and efficient back-office systems Ongoing training and supervision to grow your ABA skills Transparent, ethical, and collaborative work culture Paid time off (including holidays and your birthday!)
