Senior HR Operations & Onboarding Generalist

KBR in Houston seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR programs and lifecycle activities across corporate functions. You will support onboarding, recruiting processes, employee transactions, and Workday administration while ensuring compliance and excellent service. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate People, you will partner with compensation, benefits, and Talent Acquisition teams, generate HR reports, and contribute to transformation as KBR becomes a standalone #J-18808-Ljbffr KBR Careers
