Valley Health at Home by BAYADA is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits (primarily Start of Care visits) for our Las Vegas, NV office. Scheduling Options Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Monday Per Diem Weekend SOC RN position also available! Must be available to attend office orientation for one full week (Monday through Friday, 9a-5p). Prior or current Home Health (Visits) and OASIS experience required. Please see our Benefits site for more details: BAYADA Benefits at a Glance Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) A current license as a Registered Nurse in Nevada. Prior or current home health/visits experience. Prior experience completing OASIS documentation. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
