Front Desk Associate

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join their client's team in California. This role requires a highly organized individual who can efficiently manage front desk operations while providing excellent customer service. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

This is a front-facing administrative role that serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Key responsibilities include:

  Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  
  



• 
  Greeting visitors and providing general company information
  
  



• 
  Creating, printing, and maintaining correspondence and reports
  
  



• 
  Organizing files and records
  
  



• 
  Routing incoming mail
  
  



• 
  Assisting with customer orders, invoices, and purchase orders
  
  



• 
  Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  
  



• 
  Supporting general office upkeep and common areas
  
  



• 
  Filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as needed
  
  



• 
  Providing clerical support to managers and leadership

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift

Additional Details

Max Pay is $23.00 per hour. Min Pay is $20.00 per hour.
