The Material Handler works closely with inventory control, production, and shipping teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent delays.The role also includes maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols and company policies. This position is essential to overall operational efficiency and smooth production flow.Schedule2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AMMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in warehouse or material handling (manufacturing environment preferred)Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)Basic computer skills for inventory systems and email communicationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistancePreferred QualificationsForklift certification or related equipment certificationsExperience working 2nd shift or non-standard shiftsFamiliarity with OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practicesExperience with cycle counts and inventory control proceduresStrong communication and teamwork skillsResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing listsStore materials in designated locations and maintain accurate inventory recordsPick and stage materials for production and shipping based on work ordersOperate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficientlyPerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory auditsMaintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areasCollaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve discrepanciesReport equipment issues, safety hazards, or inventory problems promptlySkillsForklift operation and inventory management skills are essential for safely moving materials and maintaining accurate stock levels.
