M.D. Roofing and Construction is looking for a Sales Project Manager who enjoys working directly with people and takes pride in seeing a job through from start to finish. Based in Frisco, Texas, this role gives you the chance to be part sales professional, part project leader, and part trusted guide for homeowners who need help protecting and improving their property. Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend the right roofing or construction solution.
• Manage projects from the first conversation through completion, keeping clients informed along the way.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and project details in a clear and confident way.
• Coordinate with crews, vendors, and internal teams to keep work moving smoothly and on schedule.
• Monitor job progress, address questions or concerns, and make sure each project meets quality expectations.
• Build trust with clients by staying responsive, organized, and easy to work with.
• Support business growth by following up on leads, maintaining relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
• Help ensure jobs are completed safely, accurately, and with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in construction, roofing, or a closely related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs at once.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners and clients.
• Ability to read and understand roofing or construction project details, estimates, and scopes of work.
• Comfort working in the field and meeting clients on-site in Frisco, Texas and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Preferred experience handling inspections, estimating, or working with insurance-related roofing claims.
• Preferred knowledge of residential roofing systems, construction materials, and project timelines.
