Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, setting measurable goals for progress.

• Utilize clinical interventions to provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and guidance during sessions, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and progress, utilizing electronic health record systems adeptly.

• Engage in regular monitoring and evaluation of clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies to align with their evolving needs.

• Collaborate with other professionals, attending case conferences and occasionally providing testimony in legal settings regarding clients’ conditions.

• Serve as a key liaison for community resource referrals, helping clients access vital services necessary for recovery and improvement.
