The candidate is someone with proven record of technology project execution for cloud, with ability to get hands on when it comes to analysis design and execution, someone with creativity and self-motivation to delivery on mission critical projects.What you will be responsible forAs AI delivery Lead you willDesign and Develop solutions for various front, middle and back office implementationsDevelop applications leveraging various technologies – Java, Python, RDBMS, Kafka, snowflakeDesign and code applications for cloud, leveraging Cloud native architecture princples and technologiesEnsure all Cloud solutions exhibit higher level of cost efficiency, performance, security, scalability and reliabilityWork with infrastructure and other related teams to ensure deployment and operationalization of cloud applicationsQuickly evaluate various technlologies and complete POC driving architecture design for the applicationsWork in complex environment with multi location teams• Work in team of agile developersWhat we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleHaving 15+ Years of experience in application development team with hands on architecting, designing, developing and deployment skillset. Have demonstrated ability to translate business requirements in a technical design and through to implementation. Strong experience with Python, Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, Snowflake, SQL, REST APIs, AKS/Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.Hands-on experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, MLflow, AI Evaluation Frameworks, and enterprise GenAI application development.Knowledge of data governance, Responsible AI, security controls, and SDLC practices within regulated financial services environments.Experience working with business users to deliver AI-powered products from ideation through production deployment.Experience with designing & architecting services, systems & data platformsExperience with designing & architecting BigData platforms is a plus.Experience in event driven architectures, message hub, MQ, Kafka is required.Subject Matter Expertise in J2EE concepts, micro service architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, ETL tools, Data as a Service, Star Schema, Dimension modelling, OLTP, ACID and data structures is desiredProven Experience with Cloud and Big data platforms , building data processing application utilizing spark, Airflow,, Object storage etc.Who we are looking forThis is a hands-on technology position in State Street Global Technology Services seeking a technology leader with specialized business knowledge in the middle/front office areas. Domain knowledge of financial industry concepts Securities 101 Capital Markets 101 etc. is desirableCloud certification is plusExperience in evaluating software estimating cost and delivery timelines and managing financialsExperience leading agile delivery & adhering to SDLC processes is requiredWork closely with the business & IT stake holders to manage deliveryEducation & Preferred QualificationsMasters or B.S. degree in Computer Science or related fieldAdditional requirementsAbility to lead delivery, manage team members if required and provide feedbackAbility to make effective decisions and manage changeCommunicates effectively in a professional manner both written and orallyTeam player with a positive attitude enthusiasm initiative and self-motivationAbility to multi-task energetic fast learner & problem solverWork RequirementOnsite 4 days a week in office and one day remoteStandard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs(8am to 5pm)Salary Range: $120,000 - $217,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
