Delivery Specialist (Medical Equipment)

Position: Service Specialist I Location: Houston, TX Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8a‑5p (rotating on‑call) The Position Establishes and maintains effective relationships with the patients, families and caregivers as well as all PHS employees. Schedules and makes deliveries to patients’ homes in a timely manner. Confirms delivery and reports potentially unsafe conditions. Performs and instructs the initial set‑up of oxygen and some DME. Performs data entry functions to log customer visits, conversations and follow‑ups. Coordinates regular maintenance service to company vehicles. Assists with warehouse duties and equipment processing as needed. Manages time efficiently and are competent in estimating drive times. Durable medical equipment (DME) experience preferred Excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. Warehouse and/or driving experience in the area is a plus. Experience in Brightree EHR a plus!
