Patient Care Attendant

VCA Dallas Animal Specialty Hospital (formerly VCA Animal Diagnostic Clinic) is seeking an enthusiastic Patient Care Attendant to join our growing hospital team full-time!

Location: 17727 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75287

Compensation - $18-20/hr based on experience.

Differential pay for swing/overnight/weekend shift.

Animal Care Attendant Duties:

• Exercise (walk) patients

• Laundry and general housekeeping

• Restraining for blood draws, examinations, and diagnostic procedures

• Assist with intake of all appointments

• Take and upload photos of all new appointments

• Obtaining, entering, and reporting patient vitals

• Keep kennels clean, orderly, and free of odors

• Ensure the comfort and cleanliness of patients

• Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services

• Providing compassionate care for all patients

• Stock supplies as needed
