Du unterstützt die Beschaffung und Auftragsabwicklung von der Angebotseinholung bis zur termingerechten Lieferung. Mit deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise, sorgfältigen Datenpflege und der Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Partnern stellst du reibungslose Prozesse sicher. Deine Aufgaben: Einholen, Vergleichen und Bewerten von Angeboten für Ersatzteile und technische Komponenten Koordination und Abwicklung von Bestellungen, Lieferungen sowie Rücksendungen Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Auftragsabwicklung und termingerechten Versorgung Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und lösungsorientierte Klärung von Kunden- und Lieferantenanliegen Pflege und Verwaltung von Auftrags-, Liefer- und Bestelldaten Durchführung einer präzisen Kontrolle und Dokumentation aller relevanten Vorgänge Sicherstellung einer transparenten Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen, Lieferstatus und Rückläufern Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten Dein Profil: Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen und/oder kaufmännischen Bereich Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf oder im technischen Umfeld eines Schifffahrtsunternehmens von Vorteil Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Partnern Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams und interkulturellen Arbeitsumfeldern Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine positive und humorvolle Persönlichkeit Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen zur effizienten Unterstützung der täglichen Arbeitsprozesse Wir bieten einen vielseitigen, interessanten Arbeitsbereich innerhalb der UNITED WATERWAYS Group, einer dynamischen und wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe.
