We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Appliance Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right appliances for their needs while delivering an outstanding shopping experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and other home appliances.
• Build customer relationships through excellent service and consultative selling.
• Explain product features, warranties, financing options, and delivery services.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory organization, merchandising, and receiving new shipments.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and manufacturer updates.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (appliance, furniture, electronics, or home improvement experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with moving merchandise when needed.
