What you will do

Manage monthly invoicing activities, including validating invoice data, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring processes are followed accurately. Maintain invoicing procedures and help ensure consistent execution across the team. Create monthly client metric reporting for the Client Services team. Analyze data and provide reporting or insights to support other teams across the organization. Lead and review invoicing and data-quality work completed by Billing Specialists. Work closely with Finance, Data Integrity, and Data Analytics to resolve issues and support accurate client billing and reporting. Develop an understanding of system usage and recurring issues to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Participate in invoicing-related application testing and special projects as needed. What we look for

1–2+ years of general administrative experience. Accounting, billing, or similar experience is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify trends, connect information, and clearly summarize findings. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data. Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and follow-through. Experience within hospice, DME, pharmacy, managed care, or another healthcare environment is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, healthcare, or a related area is preferred. Why Billing Analysts are important
