Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

Job Description We are in the process of hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to become a part of our team located in Little Elm, Texas. The individual will be responsible for handling various accounts receivable tasks within the company. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial records and processing transactions. Responsibilities: Generate revenue for companies by ensuring clients are properly billed for goods or services. Work with other departments to ensure correct amounts are collected in a timely manner. Verify and record transactions. Resolve account discrepancies. Secure client payments. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Receivable (AP) Skill in identifying and resolving Discrepancies Familiarity with the bill.com platform Knowledge of QuickBooks is a strong preference Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
