Housing Navigator & Case Manager (Homeless Services)
The People Concern
The People Concern in Los Angeles is seeking a Case Manager Navigator to assist vulnerable homeless individuals transitioning into hotels under the Mayor’s Inside Safe initiative. This position involves outreach, documentation support, case management, and housing navigation within the city's prioritized encampments. Applicants should have a BA degree or equivalent experience in homeless services, and demonstrate knowledge of the challenges faced by the population served.
