Role Description The Social Media Content Creation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Walnut Creek, CA. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing daily content across social media platforms, including posts, stories, short-form video, and other visual assets. The role includes developing content calendars, collaborating with designers and copywriters, and ensuring brand voice and visual consistency. The manager will monitor performance metrics, optimize content based on analytics, and support broader digital marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks also involve community management, responding to audience interactions, and coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to align content with marketing goals. Qualifications Be able to commute to Walnut Creek, Ca Demonstrated skills in Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing, with experience managing brand accounts across multiple platforms. Strong background in Digital Marketing and Marketing, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues. Proficiency in social media management tools and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, Google Analytics). Experience creating short-form video and visual content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar software. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing client and market needs. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
