Coordinator - Lead Generation

Accountabilities - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications with prospective drivers from a variety of lead sources. - Follow up promptly and consistently on leads generated through recruitment campaigns and other sourcing activities. - Communicate available opportunities, terminal offerings, and relevant information clearly and professionally to prospective drivers. - Identify, assess, and qualify candidates based on recruitment requirements before transferring suitable leads to Driver Recruiters for further engagement. - Use recruiting software and digital tools, including Tenstreet, to source prospects, communicate with candidates, document driver information, and track lead activity. - Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, lead sources, and recruitment outcomes. - Prepare weekly reports for management covering lead generation sources, qualified prospects, and hires. - Apply creative prospecting and outreach strategies to identify new lead generation opportunities. - Handle candidate questions and objections professionally, helping move qualified prospects to the next stage of recruitment. - Manage multiple tasks and communication channels simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness. - Work independently under general supervision, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and accountability for results. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least two years of relevant professional experience. - Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and marketing skills, including the ability to engage prospects creatively and communicate the value of available opportunities. - Excellent telephone presence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish rapport with prospective candidates. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional, enthusiastic, and results-oriented approach. - Demonstrated ability to handle objections positively and guide prospects toward the next step in a process. - Ability to make more than 80 outbound calls per day while maintaining quality interactions and accurate records. - Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to multitask and remain effective in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable business software. - Comfort using multiple communication channels, including telephone, email, social media, and chat. - A proactive mindset, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a recruiting team.
