For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn this role you will:Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project teamLead the development of the total project estimatePrepare the total Project Basis of Estimate and the Estimate Risk Analysis, making cost contingency recommendations to the project teamAnalyze and make recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization, project objectives and guidelinesMaintain a library of current local rates for use in all estimatesWe would love to hear from you if you:Have grown your experience as an Estimator over 10 years with increasing levels of scope and responsibility in a construction environmentHave demonstrated experience using estimating systems such as Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostXHave a degree or comparable experience in a construction related disciplineAre RICS, CEP or CPE chartered or are on the path to complete it.
