This role is responsible forsupporting National Events & Sponsorships for MABI. The Marketing Associate, National Events & Sponsorships will assist in footprint routing, contracting, and agency management for all National event activity that bring MABI's exceptional liquids and brands to life for consumers. Accountabilities: Support National Sponsorship & Events Planning, Execution & Asset Development and delivery. Assist in day-to-day agency and property management of National Sponsorships Delivering Sponsorship Assets on-brand and on-time Support budget management, sponsorship recapping, agency management, and logistics of event delivery. Brand Growth & Health Trial Rate (Cans in Hand) Budget and T&E Management Own: Creative requests, creative asset development, project management of sponsorship assets, on the ground support for National Sponsorships and Events. Influence: National Sponsorship and Event Execution Veto: Event Recommendations from Experiential agency execution. Critical Stakeholders & Relationships: US Brand Commercialization Finance & Compliance Regional Marketing Local Sales Team Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree & 0-2 years of related marketing experience Skills Needed To Be Successful: Ability to follow procedure, effectively communicate, and apply strategy Collaboration across internal and external parties Compensation: Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
