You won’t just be managing tasks; you’ll be coordinating a high-performing team of Regional Managers and Account Coordinators to foster a culture of integrity, trust, and exceptional client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Management:Oversees Operations Department including day-to-day, Regional Managers and Account Coordinator. Account Operations:Oversee day-to-day operations for 8+ accounts, including team hiring, training, and performance management. Quality & Compliance:Serve as the champion of "Elevation Elite," our standard of excellence, ensuring all accounts meet our high benchmarks for quality. Growth & Development:Partner with our teams to upskill staff and support business development through proposal collaboration and account startups. Tech & Innovation:Manage administrative aspects of our engagement platforms and drive virtual programming initiatives. WHAT YOU BRING Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Experience:A proven track record of facilitating healthy communication across cross-functional teams and managing operations. Certifications:Current CPR/AED certification is required. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Personal Training (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or ACE) Group Fitness and/or Nutrition Coaching. Skills:Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Flexibility:Ability to travel nationally approximately 25% of the time, including to our Colorado home office.
