Responsibilities may include:Providing companionship and emotional supportAssisting with activities of daily livingMeal preparation and light housekeepingMedication remindersAssistance with mobility and transfers, as permitted by your trainingProviding transportation or accompaniment to appointments and errands when applicableFollowing each client’s individualized care planCommunicating client needs and concerns to the officeMaintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clientsWhat We’re Looking ForCompassionate and genuinely enjoys helping othersDependable and punctualPatient, respectful, and professionalComfortable working independently in clients’ homesA strong communicatorAble to follow care plans and company policiesExperienced in senior care, home care, CNA work, or personal care preferred, but we welcome qualified applicants with a strong desire to provide excellent careQualificationsPrevious caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, HHA, or related experience preferredMust be able to pass required background and employment screeningsReliable transportation is preferred for applicable assignmentsAbility to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the Always Best Care teamJoin Our TeamIf you’re looking for work that is more than just a job and want the opportunity to positively impact the life of a senior or family, Always Best Care would love to hear from you.
