Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security‑related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.51 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 04:45 AM - 04:45 PM Tue 04:45 AM - 03:45 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting conditions that could impact the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other designated areas, assisting with access control practices and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed. Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by providing clear directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or property concerns observed during patrols. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
