We are seeking a motivated, Leasing Agent to join our property management team in Boca Raton, FL. This role is ideal for a leasing professional with affordable housing experience who can hit the ground running, deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents, and support daily leasing operations.
Position Specifications- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour
- Location: Boca Raton, FL 33432 (In-Person)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Prospect Engagement: Respond promptly to incoming leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits; assist prospects through the entire application journey.
- Tours & Marketing: Conduct engaging property and apartment tours, highlighting community amenities and apartment features.
- Compliance & File Management: Assist with leasing paperwork, maintain accurate resident files, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
- Resident Relations: Deliver outstanding customer service to current residents and visitors to maintain a welcoming community environment.
- Administrative Support: Execute additional leasing office administrative duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
- Direct experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) / affordable housing programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when handling paperwork and files.
- Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to a fast-paced property management environment.
