Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients effectively. Our work environment emphasizes collaboration among therapists, psychiatrists, and support staff, ensuring that you are never alone in your efforts to assist patients. With operating hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we strive to accommodate patient needs while also providing flexibility from time to time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health needs through virtual consultations, evaluating mood, behavior, and social factors to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to support individuals, couples, and families in their mental health journey.

• Facilitate online psychoeducational sessions and support groups to foster community and understanding among clients experiencing similar challenges.
\n
• Engage in collaborative care by consulting with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary support network for clients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services through virtual platforms to assist clients during emergencies with immediate support and action plans.
\n
• Deliver educational material to patients regarding their specific mental health conditions, potential treatment pathways, and available community resources.
\n
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans with high accuracy, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, providing input and receiving feedback to enhance professional practices and patient care strategies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health therapy to continually enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Thrive Wellness, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Your expertise will not only help individuals confront their struggles, but also equip them with the skills needed for long-lasting mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.
\n
• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven skills in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Experience providing individualized and group therapy sessions to a variety of populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to ethical practice.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related healthcare applications.
\n
• The ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team while fostering a positive work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment is a plus.
